These Terms of Service govern your use of avelissea.lat and any purchase you make from Avelissea, located at 84 Brown Ave, Louisville, MS 39339, United States. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. If you create an account, please keep your login details secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We curate beauty products from a range of brands and work to describe and display them accurately. Colors and textures may look different on your screen. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Product availability can change without notice.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

After a successful email subscription, an automatic 15% discount applies sitewide. It is not limited to your first order, and no code is needed. Eligible products in our Beauty Savings collection carry an automatic 20% discount, marked with a −20% badge. The final price, including whether discounts apply together, is shown at checkout. Offers may change or end at any time.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of suspected fraud, stock limits or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Shipping is free on all products with no order minimum. Orders are delivered within an estimated 3–5 calendar days, and you can follow every step on our Track your order page. Delays caused by carriers or events outside our control can occasionally occur. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days. Conditions and steps are explained in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Please read product labels and follow the directions provided. We recommend patch testing new products and stopping use if irritation occurs. Beauty guidance on our site is general information and is not medical advice.

The content on our site, including text, design and graphics, is owned by Avelissea or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

If you share a review, photo or other content with us, you confirm it is honest and yours to share, and you grant us permission to display it in connection with our store. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading or inappropriate.

You agree not to use our site for unlawful purposes, to interfere with its security or operation, to scrape or copy content by automated means, or to place fraudulent orders.

Our store runs on third-party services such as our e-commerce platform and payment providers, and links to sites including TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

To the extent permitted by law, our site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law or stated by the product manufacturer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avelissea is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

You agree to indemnify Avelissea against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
